Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA98C/949 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Corrigendum—Excluding Māori Freehold Land From a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, and by reason of errors made in the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 March 2011, No. 26, page 782, the following new notice is issued in its place:
Whereas by notices published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 May 1959, No. 27, page 614, and New Zealand Gazette, 7 April 1994, No. 31, page 1284, the lands described in the First Schedule hereto were set apart as a Māori reservation for the purposes of a burial ground for the descendants of Wi Parata, and whereas it is now desired to exclude land from the Māori reservation being the areas described in the Second Schedule hereto, now therefore, pursuant to section 338(5)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the areas described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the Māori reservation known as Ruakohatu Urupaa Reservation.
