Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation over the reserve described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Whangarei District Council in such a manner as the Council determines.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Classification of Reserves and Declaration That the Reserves Form Part of Existing Scenic Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Whangarei District, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserves described in the Schedules as scenic reserves for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act, and further declares that the reserve described in the First Schedule form part of the Bream Head Scenic Reserve, the reserve described in the Second Schedule form part of the Manaia Ridge Scenic Reserve, and the reserve described in the Third Schedule form part of the Riponui Scenic Reserve.
