Land Declared Road—State Highway 16, Kaipara Coast Highway, Kaukapakapa, Auckland

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and vests in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a pā, Hau Kāinga, marae and māra i roto i te tikanga o te ao Māori for the common use and benefit of those registered to Te Poho O Tanikena Incorporated and whānau of Ngāti Taratikitiki, Ngāti Tahinga and Ngāti Pou.
