Notice of Final Determinations to Alter Geographic Names
Pursuant to sections 19 and 21(2) of the New Zealand Geographic Board (Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa) Act 2008, the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa ("Board") hereby gives notice of the final determinations to alter the existing geographic names, as described in the Schedule below.
The Board’s final determinations on these official geographic names took effect on 15 December 2016.

| Blomfield Creek | Stream | A stream flowing generally west for approximately 2.5km from Artist Dome on Blomfield Range to its confluence with County Stream. Notice of Final Determinations of the Minister for Land Information on Official Geographic Names
Pursuant to section 16 of the New Zealand Geographic Board (Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa) Act 2008 ("Act"), notice was given in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 October 2015, Issue No. 117, Notice No. 2015-ln6236, and New Zealand Gazette, 26 May 2016, Issue No. 46, Notice No. 2016-ln2985, of proposals by the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa ("Board") to alter geographic names.
The Board dealt with the submissions it received for the proposals according to section 18 of the Act.
Having considered three separate reports from the Board, I hereby declare that my final determinations, made pursuant to sections 20(2) and 20(3) of the Act, are the official geographic names as described in the Schedule below.
I made my decisions on 29 November 2016, and my final determinations on these names will take effect on 15 December 2016.
