NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 118 — 15 DECEMBER 2016
Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Crown, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve—Corner Albert Street and Queen Street, Cambridge, Waipa District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by the council on 10 December 2013:
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby resolves that the land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
