Approval of The New Zealand Forest Owners Association Incorporated as the Organisation Representing the Commercial Plantation Forestry Sector for the Purposes of Government Industry Agreements Under Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993 (Notice No. MPI 498)

Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993 (“the Act”), the Minister for Primary Industries gives
notice that he is satisfied that The New Zealand Forest Owners Association Incorporated (FOA Incorporated)
meets the criteria in subsections (3), (4), (6), (7) and (9) of the Act, and FOA Incorporated represents the
commercial plantation forestry sector for the purposes of Government Industry Agreements under Part 5A of the
Act.

Notification of Rates of Levy Pursuant to the Commodity Levies (Rock Lobster) Order 2013

Pursuant to the Commodity Levies (Rock Lobster) Order 2013 (“the Order”) and the Constitution of the NZ Rock
Lobster Industry Council Limited (NZ RLIC), NZ RLIC hereby gives notice that:

The Total Levy Rates listed in column 4 of the Schedule below are the rates of levy on rock lobster required to
be notified, in terms of clauses 12 and 13 of the Order, for the Levy Year 1 October 2015 to 30 September
2016 (inclusive); and
The Core Services Levy Rates, the Stock Specific Levy Rates and the Total Levy Rates in columns 2, 3 and 4 of
the Schedule are the rates required to be notified in terms of clause 6.1 of the Fifth Schedule to NZ RLIC’s
Constitution for the Levy Year 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2016 (inclusive).
