Notification of Rates of Levy Pursuant to the Commodity Levies (Paua) Order 2013

Pursuant to the Commodity Levies (Paua) Order 2013 (“the Order”) and the Constitution of the Paua Industry Council Limited (PICL), PICL hereby gives notice that:

The Total Levy Rates listed in column 4 of the Schedule below are the rates of levy on paua required to be notified, in terms of clauses 12 and 13 of the Order, for the Levy Year 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2016 (inclusive); and
The Core Services Levy Rates, the Stock Specific Levy Rates and the Total Levy Rates in columns 2, 3 and 4 of the Schedule are the rates required to be notified in terms of clause 6.1 of the Fifth Schedule to PICL’s Constitution for the Levy Year 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2016 (inclusive).
