Board of Trustees Student Election Extension Notice for Kaikorai Valley College (381) Board of Trustees
Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date by which the school must hold an election for a student representative under section 101 of the Act to before 6 November 2015 for the Kaikorai Valley College (381) board of trustees.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Maree Zinzley, Manager Approvals Operations of the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), acting under delegated authority from the Director-General of MPI, gives notice, under section 14(1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”), that the following application has been made to register a trade name product under section 9(1) of the Act:
Trade Name: Biobos IBR Marker Vaccine
Reference: A11239
Active Ingredient and Concentration:
Bovine herpesvirus type 1. (Inactivated). Each 2mL dose contains RP ≥ 1. Relative Potency (RP) established by serological method (ELISA) in comparison with standard vaccine with minimal content of antigen.
Formulation Type: Aqueous suspension
General Use Claim:
Vaccine for cattle containing inactivated Bovine herpesvirus type 1 (BoHV-1).
Any person may make a written submission to the director-general concerning this application.
Under sections 16 and 17 of the Act, a written submission:
a. must state in full the reasons for making the submission; and
b. may state any decision sought on that application; and
c. must be received by the director-general no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
Under section 18 of the Act, a copy of every submission will be forwarded to the applicant for the applicant’s
