Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 January 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Sharon Castle in respect of Quality Home Based Childcare Limited (45602), situated at 7 Berwick Street, Wakari, Dunedin.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
