The Director Approvals, Community Investment, Ministry of Social Development, gives notice that the approval of

as a community service under section 403 of the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989 is suspended effective as of 10 August 2015.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 May 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Sherryll Wilson in respect of Kidsfirst Kindergartens Kendal Avenue (5429), situated at 55 Kendal Avenue, Burnside, Christchurch.
