Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 September 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Carol Willetts in respect of Barnardos Kidstart Childcare - Richmond Early Learning Centre (70507), situated at 12 Slater Street, Richmond, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed

as a member of the Hutt Valley District Health Board for a term of office commencing on the date of this notice's publication and ending on 4 December 2016; and
Jane Christine Huia Hopkirk
to be a member of the Wairarapa District Health Board for a term of office commencing on the date of this notice's publication and ending on 4 December 2016.

Under section 78M of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby direct the appointment of a limited statutory manager for the Te Tipua School (4027) Board of Trustees.
The following functions, powers and duties of the board are to be vested in a limited statutory manager:
- All functions, powers and duties of the board as an employer (whether statutory or otherwise);
- all functions, powers and duties of the board to establish procedures and processes (whether statutory or otherwise); and
- all functions, powers and duties of the board to manage communications (whether statutory or otherwise) relating to employment and board systems and processes.
