give notice that on 14 August 2015, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the
Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Opihi Farm Limited from the Register of Companies on
11 February 2011) with resource consent CRC146033 issued by the Environment Canterbury Regional Council.

Under section 78M of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby
direct the appointment of a limited statutory manager for the Waikouaiti School (3852) Board of Trustees.

The following functions, powers and duties of the board are to be vested in a limited statutory manager:

  • All functions, powers and duties of the board as an employer (whether statutory or otherwise); and
  • all functions, powers and duties of the board to manage communications (whether statutory or otherwise)
    relating to employment.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
