NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 132 — 3 DECEMBER 2015

Land Declared Road and Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road— State Highway 1, Wellington Northern Corridor Expressway (Mackays to Peka Peka), Te Moana Road, Waikanae

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Crown;

b. Pursuant to section 20 and, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
