Road Stopped, Restriction Created and Stopped Road Amalgamated— State Highway 1, Silverdale North, Auckland
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in the Crown;
b. Pursuant to section 236, declares the stopped road firstly described in the Schedule to this notice to be subject to the following restriction:
No person shall erect or permit to be erected any building, tower, hoardings or other structures within five metres of the western boundary of Section 1 SO 486085, excluding any structures that may be required for slope management purposes; and
c. Pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3), declares that the stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 63364, subject to the restriction created in clause (b) herein and subject to Mortgages 8776980.3 and 9927024.2, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Turanganui-a-Kiwa/Gisborne District, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as a government purpose (health and disability sector and related purposes) reserve over the land described in the Schedule, with the effect that the land remains vested in the Tairawhiti District Health Board, pursuant to the provisions of section 11E(6) of the Health Sectors Transfer Act 1993.
