- This notice shall come into force on 3 December 2015.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of The Scout Association of New Zealand to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Far North District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
