This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 120 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the Minister of Health reappoints

as a health practitioner member of the Medical Council of New Zealand for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification; and
Laura Mackay Mueller
as a layperson member of the Medical Council of New Zealand for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification.
