Amending a Notice—Criteria for Proposals for Partnerships Funding
Pursuant to section 8(1) of the Research, Science, and Technology Act 2010, I hereby amend the notice Criteria for Proposals for Partnerships Funding, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 March 2012, No. 33, page 1006, by:
Adding the following text to the end of Clause 3.1:
"During the course of a review of the Partnership funding tool allocation of funding will be paused pending the conclusion of said review. Funding will only be available to Partnerships or Research Consortia with Ministry funding agreements due to conclude between the date of announcement and 1 July 2016. Additional funding may be granted as an extension of an existing contract by up to one year from the date they are currently due to conclude."
Deleting Clause 6.6 and substituting the following:
"6.6 Funding may be awarded for a maximum of eight years and must provide for a mid-term review."

Change of Commissioner for the Aramoho School (2335) Board of Trustees
Under section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989, the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, acting under delegated authority, amends the notice of appointment (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 September 2014, Notice No. 112, page 3193) and appoints
Kevin Palmer
as the Commissioner for the Aramoho School (2335) Board of Trustees, effective from 3 December 2015.

Under section 103 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I direct Callaghan Innovation to give effect to Government policy as specified in this direction.

Funding allocated by Callaghan Innovation may be allocated from any of the following multi-year appropriations:
- Research and Development Growth Grants (for Research and Development Growth Grants).
- Targeted Business Research and Development Funding (for Research and Development Project Grants and
