Pursuant to section 11G of the Food Act 1981, notice is given of the issue on 18 August 2014 of the New Zealand (Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) Food Standards 2002, Amendment No. 59, which comes into force on 18 September 2014.

A copy of the food standard incorporating Amendment No. 59 may be inspected free of charge at or purchased from the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.

Electricity Authority

Electricity Industry Act 2010

Notice of the Electricity Industry Participation Code Amendment (Distributed Generation) 2014

1. Pursuant to section 38(3)(b) of the Electricity Industry Act 2010, and having complied with section 39 of that Act, the Electricity Authority gives notice of making the Electricity Industry Participation Code Amendment (Distributed Generation) 2014 (“Amendment”).

2. The Amendment comes into force on 23 February 2015.

3. The Amendment provides a new process for connecting small-scale distributed generation under Part 6 of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 (“Code”), and makes a number of other changes to improve the operation and clarity of Part 6. It also makes consequential changes to other parts of the Code.

4. A copy of the Amendment and the Code is available on the Electricity Authority’s website
   www.ea.govt.nz/code-and-compliance/the-code/

5. A copy of the Amendment and the Code may also be inspected free of charge or purchased from the Electricity Authority, Level 7, ASB Bank Tower, 2 Hunter Street, Wellington.
