(2) This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Interpretation

In this notice, "returns":

(a) means all of the kinds of returns referred to in Regulation 4 of the Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations 2001 (SR 2001/188); and

(b) includes all returns of that kind that are approved by the Director-General of the Ministry for Primary Industries under section 296(1) of the Fisheries Act 1996 to be transmitted electronically.

3. Place where returns and other information must be provided or received

The place for the provision or receipt of returns and other information is at the offices of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited (trading as FishServe), Level 6, Eagle Technology House, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington 6011. 4. Revocation
