Amendment to the Betting Rules
Pursuant to section 52 of the Racing Act 2003, the New Zealand Racing Board hereby gives notice of the following amendment to the Betting Rules published as a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 25 August 2003, No. 113, page 2981.

“11.15 Triple Trio Betting with Concession
11.15.1 Interpretation
“First Prize Pool” means 74.8 per cent of the Dividend Pool and provided all three legs of the Triple Trio are run, ie not abandoned in accordance with Rule 11.15.12, the First Prize Pool can be increased by:
(a) Any previous First Prize Pool or Concession Pool which may have been carried forward in accordance with Rules 11.15.5 and 11.15.6; and
(b) any part or all of the Prize Reserve Pool which may have been added to the First Prize Pool under Rule 11.15.7.
Note that this means that in the event of any leg of a Triple Trio being abandoned in accordance with Rule 11.15.12, any carried forward amount from (a) or part of the Prize Reserve Pool used to underwrite a guarantee from (b) will not be included in the First Prize Pool.”
These Rules come into force on 16 January 2014.

Pursuant to Part 6, sections 130 and 131 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Osteopathic Council (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2014.
(2) This notice comes into force on 14 February 2014 and applies to the fees and disciplinary levies payable in respect of applications for the practising year commencing 1 April 2014.
