Declaration That Land is Not a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, declares that the land described in the Schedule is not a reserve within the meaning of the Act.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the Hawke’s Bay District of the Department of Conservation, declares the vesting in the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council of the reserve described in the Schedule, classifies the reserve as a local purpose (sport and recreation buildings) reserve, and vests the reserve in the Napier City Council, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Queenstown Lakes District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the Wakatipu District of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (airport) reserve and vests the reserve in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for that purpose.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993

(Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation)

Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground or urupā to be called Tuhituhi Urupā for the common use and benefit of the owners and their descendants and persons affiliated with Haurua Marae.
