(3) This notice revokes all previous Osteopathic Council fees and disciplinary levy notices.

Fees and disciplinary levy—The Osteopathic Council sets the following fees and disciplinary levies, payable to the council, as specified in the attached Schedule.

Tax—The fees and disciplinary levies are inclusive of goods and services tax and in some cases have been rounded down.

Application for an Annual Practising Certificate (general scope of practice):

Examination Fees (inclusive of GST):
- Stage two written examination: $1,000.00
- Stage three clinical examination: $3,600.00
Registration and Other Fees (inclusive of GST):
- Assessment of overseas qualifications (stage one): $690.00
- General registration/re-registration: $690.00
- Registration in an extended/vocational scope of practice: $172.00
- Visiting Osteopathic Presenter / Educator: $172.00
- Inactive registrant’s annual fee: $172.00
- Processing inactive registrant’s CPD: $172.00
- Competent Authority Pathway Programme*: $3,600.00
- Application for review (appeal): $1,150.00

All other notices must be lodged at the New Zealand Gazette office by 12.00 midday on Tuesday 21 January 2014.
