Reserves Act 1977
Classification of Reserves—Waipa District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that:
(a) the reserves described in the First Schedule to this notice are classified as recreation reserves;
(b) the reserves described in the Second Schedule to this notice are classified as local purpose (esplanade) reserves;
(c) the reserve described in the Third Schedule to this notice is classified as a local purpose (plantation) reserve;
(d) the reserve described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is classified as a local purpose (carpark) reserve;
subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is Reserve at Burns Road and Ohaupo, Waipa District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by Council on 10 December 2013:
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby resolves that the parcels of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule to this notice, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act”.
