Declaration that Land is Reserve—
Part Maungatautari Mountain Scenic Reserve, Waipa District

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by Council on 10 December 2013:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule to this notice, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19(1)(a) of the said Act".

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a Marae, to be known as Tiki Marae, for the common use and benefit of the owners of the land and their descendants.
