Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, bathing, cooking and ngāwhā reserve of historical significance for the common use and benefit of the beneficiaries of the Pera Kima Ahu Whenua Trust.

Pursuant to section 338(5) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Gazette Notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 June 1985, No. 122, page 2720, and Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby cancelled as a Māori reservation.

Setting Land Apart as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation and called Hau Ariki Marae. The purpose of the reservation is for a marae, for the common use and benefit of the Māori people of the Martinborough District and the people of New Zealand generally.
