Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003

Oral Health Practitioners (Fees) Notice 2013 (No. 1)

Pursuant to sections 130–133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (the "Act"), the following notice is given.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Oral Health Practitioners (Fees) Notice 2013 (No. 1) and shall come into force on 1 April 2013.

(2) This notice has the status of a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.

(3) This notice replaces the Oral Health Practitioners (Fees) Notice 2012 (No. 2) notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 August 2012, No. 106, page 3092.

2. Fees—The Dental Council sets the following fees, payable to the Council, specified in the attached Schedule.

3. Tax—The fees are stated exclusive of goods and services tax (GST). All fees are subject to the addition of 15% GST.
