Notice Prohibiting Person From Managing Companies

Pursuant to section 385(3) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Peter Barker, Deputy Registrar of Companies, hereby prohibit Mark Charles Dickson from being a director or promoter of, or being concerned in, or taking part, whether directly or indirectly, in the management of any company for a period of five years as from the date of this notice.

Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right to supply water from an artesian well.

The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

I intend to remove the right to supply water easement on 12 September 2013 if no objections have been received before that date.

Application: 9378246.1.

Applicants: Helmy Ahmed Abdelwahed Sultan and Robyn Lee Sultan, c/o Alpers & Co – Northwest Law Office, PO Box 29115, Fendalton, Christchurch 8540.

Easement: Right to supply water from an artesian well on Lot 1 DP 12298 Certificate of Title CB480/89 and through pipes laid across Lot 2 DP 12298 Certificate of Title CB42C/1289 the servient tenement to Lot 4 DP 12298 (now) Lot 1 DP 73974 Certificate of Title CB37D/152 the dominant tenement.

Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision of DP 73974 and the surrender of the easement over Lot 2 DP 12298 and the artesian well and pipes no longer serves the dominant tenement.

THE PEOPLE’S WORSHIP IN FREEDOM MISSION TRUST

Notice of Application to Seek Approval of a Scheme

Pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Notice is hereby given that Callum MacDonald, in his capacity as trustee of THE PEOPLE’S WORSHIP IN FREEDOM MISSION TRUST, has made an application to the High Court at Auckland for the approval of a scheme.

The applicant has commenced proceedings seeking approval, pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, of a scheme under which Callum MacDonald seeks to vary the terms of THE PEOPLE’S WORSHIP IN FREEDOM MISSION TRUST deed.

The date set down for the hearing of the application is 16 September 2013 at 11.45am at the High Court at Auckland.

Any person desiring to oppose the application is required to give notice of their intention to do so to:

(a) the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland;

(b) the applicant (whose address for service is c/o Armstrong Murray, 11 Anzac Street, Takapuna, Auckland); and

(c) the Attorney-General (whose address for service is at the Crown Law Office, Unisys House, 56 The Terrace, Wellington (Attention: Craig Linkhorn)

not less than seven clear days before the above-mentioned date for hearing.
