Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

This document notifies you that:

1. On 8 July 2013, an application for putting KOKATAHI HELICOPTERS 2000 LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Greymouth. Its reference number is CIV-2013-418-95. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Greymouth on Tuesday 10 September 2013 at 10.00am.

2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
