Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 6391133.5 (South Auckland Land Registry), Identifier SA50C/352 ("the mortgage"), and in the matter of Colin Francis Corcoran and Christine Anne Corcoran:

TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 6 August 2013.

The description of the mortgaged land is an estate in fee simple containing 2.0689 hectares, more or less, having legal description Lot 3 DPS 61753, together with the property known as 360 Matahui Road, Katikati.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

Take notice that on 31 July 2013, Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7460586.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 62C Edward Jonkers Drive, Riverhead, being all the land comprised in certificate of title 46081.

The registered office of Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited is situated at 45 Queen Street, Auckland.
