Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

Notice is hereby given that AXA New Zealand Nominees Limited, whose registered office is situated at Level 6, 80 The Terrace, Wellington, gives notice that it is the mortgagee, pursuant to mortgage 6707083.73 granted by the mortgagors listed below, over a leasehold estate in Lot 1 DP 336221, situated at 20 Bell Street, New Plymouth, being all the land described in Computer Freehold Register 148561 (Taranaki Land Registry), and that the mortgagee entered into possession of the property on or about 16 April 2012.

Food Act 1981

Notice Under the Food Act 1981 (Notice No. 1793)

Pursuant to section 11G of the Food Act 1981, notice is given of the issue on 23 April 2012 of the New Zealand (Mandatory Fortification of Bread with Folic Acid) Amendment Standard 2012, which comes into force on 25 May 2012.
