Notice is hereby given that AXA New Zealand Nominees Limited (as nominee of Mortgage Backed Bonds Limited), whose registered office is situated at Level 6, 80 The Terrace, Wellington, gives notice that it is the mortgagee pursuant to mortgage 6707083.72 granted by Bell Two Nominees Limited over a leasehold estate in Lot 1 DP 343434, situated at 20 Bell Street, New Plymouth, being all the land described in Computer Freehold Register 178161 (Taranaki Land Registry), and that the mortgagee entered into possession of the property on or about 16 April 2012.
