Pursuant to section 31B of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance gives notice of the publication of the financial statements of the Government of New Zealand for:

the three months ended 30 September 2012, on 7 November 2012.

Copies of these financial statements are available:

for inspection free of charge at the National Library of New Zealand;
for purchase at branches of Bennetts bookshops; and
through the internet at
www.treasury.govt.nz

Pursuant to section 72I(3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Owen Olls, Airworthiness Specialist, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products.

Notification of Ordinary Rules

In accordance with section 34(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Transport signed the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules on 12 November 2012 which will come into force on 15 December 2012:

Part 1—Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment 46 (CAA Docket 13/CAR/2)
Part 105—Parachuting – Operating Rules, Amendment 6 (CAA Docket 13/CAR/2)
Part 115—Adventure Aviation – Certification and Operations, Amendment 1 (CAA Docket 13/CAR/2)

These ordinary rules are available for inspection at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, Level 15, Asteron Centre, 55 Featherston Street, Wellington 6011 (PO Box 3555, Wellington 6140).
