Land Transport Rule: Light-vehicle Brakes 2002

Approval of Brake Testing Device

Pursuant to subclause 4.6(1) of the Land Transport Rule: Light-vehicle Brakes 2002 (“the Rule”), and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the NZ Transport Agency, I, Stephen Arthur Bullôt, Senior Vehicle Engineer, hereby approve the brake testing devices specified in the Schedule of this notice for the purpose of measuring brake forces of vehicles to establish compliance with the requirements for light-vehicle brakes contained in the Rule.

Schedule: The brake testing devices to be approved

Make: MAHA.

Models: MAHA MP2140 and MAHA MP2240.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whanganui 2011, No. 1.
The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto, in relation to the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby revoked.
The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
