Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Allanton–Waihola Road, Otokia, Dunedin City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT13C/685, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 8441813.3;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT13C/684, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 8441813.3;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT10A/495, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 8441813.3;

(d) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT13C/684, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 8441813.3;

(e) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT10A/495, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 8441813.3
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
