Classification of Reserve, Appointment of the Maungakaramea Recreation Society Incorporated to Control and Manage the Reserve, and Declaration That the Reserve Form Part of the Maungakaramea Domain Recreation Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager, for the Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and further, appoints the Maungakaramea Recreation Society Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares that the reserve form part of the Maungakaramea Domain Recreation Reserve.

Appointment of the Otago Branch of the Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society to Control and Manage Part of a Scenic Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints the Otago Branch of the Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule for a term of 10 years from 1 January 2008, for scenic purposes.

Cancellation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve, and Vesting of Reserves in the Marlborough District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 July 1907, No. 58, page 1995, to control and manage the reserve described in the First Schedule and further, vests the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules in the Marlborough District Council, in trust for the purposes described in the Schedules.
