Classifying Land as Scenic Reserve
Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council hereby declares the land described in the Schedule to be scenic reserve and that the land shall be held and administered by the council for the purposes and in the manner specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be local purpose reserve (walkway), the Second Schedule to be local purpose reserve (neighbourhood), the Third Schedule to be local purpose reserve (historic cemetery), the Fourth Schedule to be local purpose reserve (fitness trail), the Fifth Schedule to be local purpose reserve (accessway) and the Sixth Schedule to be local purpose reserve (neighbourhood and landscape protection), and that the land shall be held and administered by the council for the purposes and in the manner specified in section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
