Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation as an extension to an existing Māori reservation previously set aside as a Māori reservation and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 1983, No. 104, page 2180, for the purpose of a meeting place and a burial reserve to be known as Waiaua B, for the common use and benefit of the present owners of Waiaua B Block and their descendants.
