Notice of Redefining the Purpose of a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(5)(c) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the purpose for which the Māori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, was created by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 June 1986, No. 89, page 2488, and amended by a corrigendum notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 October 1986, No. 165, page 4367, is redefined for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of the owners of Ngā Uri o Kuri hapū and Ngāti Kahukuranui hapū.
