In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of mortgage 7553658.2 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifier 359002 (“the mortgage”):

GE Custodians (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession
of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 19 May 2010.

The description of the mortgaged land is a stratum in leasehold estate, the legal description being Unit 714 and
Accessory Unit 1 DP 389269, and being the property known as Unit 714, 4 Dockside Lane, Auckland.
