Land Transfer Act / Joint Family Homes Act Notices

Notice of Alteration to Hours of Lodgement for Registration via Landonline

Landonline lodgement hours have been extended by authorisation of the Chief Executive of Land Information New Zealand under section 22(6) of the Land Transfer (Computer Registers and Electronic Lodgement) Amendment Act 2002.

From 1 July 2010, the Landonline electronic workspace will be available for the purpose of lodging instruments under the Land Transfer Act 1952 on working days (as defined in section 2 of the Land Transfer Act 1952) between the hours of 7.00am and 7.00pm.

The owner of land adjoining the bank of Mangapiko Stream in the Waipa District has applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Mangapiko Stream under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their name.

Land Applied for: Several parcels; marked “Pt Old Stream Bed” on LT 354545, being part of the former old river bed of Mangapiko Stream adjoining Lot 1 DPS 86694 and Section 1 Puahue Settlement and Lot 1 DPS 86695 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers SA68B/803 and SA68B/804.

I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a title for it in the name of the applicant unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 14 July 2010.
