Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003

New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2010/04

Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989 and the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003, the New Zealand Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Bylaw

  1. Title and commencement—This bylaw may be cited as the New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2010/04 and will come into force 28 days after the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. Amendment—The New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:

● Inserting new line 18(a) in Schedule 3 to read:

Distance from nearest Road/Feature: From a point 1.3 kilometres south of Waipu Gorge Road to a point 160 metres south of the southern abutment of the Piroa Stream Bridge.
