Public Works Act 1981

Land Declared Road—State Highway 1, Ohinewai, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1 and which has the effect of adding the land in the Second Schedule to State Highway 1, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and vests in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Stopped and Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip), and Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—State Highway 1, Ohinewai, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52, set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule is set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Acquisition of Land for Road—Isobel Road, Greenhithe, North Shore City

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the North Shore City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, excluding minerals reserved by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950.
