Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 8 September 2004 under minute number CD/SEP/1588/04:

“That pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 the land described below and known as Papatoetoe Recreation Ground and Kingswood Park, Papatoetoe ward, be declared to be Recreation Reserve.

  • Lot 7 DP 57875 (Computer Freehold Register NA11D/880)
  • Lot 6 DP 57875 (Computer Freehold Register NA11D/879)
  • Lot 5 DP 57875 (Computer Freehold Register NA11D/878)
  • Lot 8 DP 57875 (Computer Freehold Register NA11D/881)
  • Lot 1 DP 57875 (Computer Freehold Register NA11D/874)
  • Lot 2 DP 89928 (Computer Freehold Register NA47B/74)
  • Part Lot 4 DP 37287 (Computer Freehold Register NA1678/16)”.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā for the common use and benefit of the Ngāti Rangiteaorere hapū.

All that piece of land situated in Rotoiti Block XV Survey District and described as follows:
