Māori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.
Notice

This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Hamilton 2010, No. 3.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981
Land Acquired for Road—57–65 Bellevue Road, Tauranga City
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
