Land Declared Road and Land Acquired for Segregation Strip—State Highway 2, Tauranga City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Tauranga City Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for segregation strip and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council;

(c) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for segregation strip and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council, subject to Easement Certificate H874866.3;

(d) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in Part Computer Freehold.
