Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose (community centre) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Tauranga City Council on such terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the council’s reserve land purchase account.

Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Vesting of a Recreation Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Hastings District Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule and vests the reserve described in the Schedule in the Hastings District Council in trust as a recreation reserve.
