Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the South Taranaki District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TN161/88 subject to mortgage 5243596.4.

(b) Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 50, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
