Notice of Approval of Critical Contingency Management Plans and Notice of Go-live Date for Parts 3 and 4 of the Gas Governance (Critical Contingency Management) Regulations 2008
This notice of approval of critical contingency management plans is issued by Gas Industry Company Limited (“Gas Industry Co”), approved as the industry body by Order in Council under section 43ZL of the Gas Act 1992.
Regulation 32(1) of the Gas Governance (Critical Contingency Management) Regulations 2008 provides that as soon as practicable after the industry body has approved critical contingency management plans covering all of the transmission system, the industry body must publish the approval, and a statement of the go-live date of Parts 3 and 4 of the Gas Governance (Critical Contingency Management) Regulations 2008, under Regulation 2 as being the fifth business day after the date of this New Zealand Gazette notice.
A copy of the critical contingency management plans will be available on the critical contingency website at https://www.oatis.co.nz no later than five business days after the publication of this statement.

Midwifery (Fees) Notice 2010
Pursuant to Part 6, section 130(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
Notice

Title and commencement—
(1) This notice may be cited as the Midwifery (Fees) Notice 2010.
(2) This notice comes into force on 12 February 2010 and applies to fees for the year from 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011. -
Fee—The Midwifery Council (“the council”) sets the following fees, payable to the council, specified in the attached Schedule.

Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Revocation—This notice revokes all previous midwifery (fees) notices from 1 April 2010.
-
No refund—Fees are not refundable when an application is declined.
