Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette excluding minerals reserved by section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.
