Amendments

1. Title and commencement—This bylaw may be cited as the New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2009/4A and will come into force 28 days after the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Amendments—The Transit New Zealand (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:

   (a) Replacing line 7 in Schedule 3 to read:

   "Line No.: 7
   Transit NZ Region: 1
   SH No.: 1N
   Locality: Okaihau
   From (RP): – To (RP): –
   Distance from nearest Road/Feature: From 150m west of Settlers Way (Horeke Road) to 350m east, generally, of Settlers Way.
   Speed Restriction (km/h): 70

Conservation Act 1987

Declaration That Land is to be Held for Conservation Purposes, and Declaration That the Conservation Land is to be Held as a Reserve and Classified

Under section 7(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Auckland Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes and further, under section 8(1A) of the Act, declares that the land described in the Schedule shall be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19(1)(a) of the latter Act.
